All the staff at Funshine have invested heavily in her and it’s been so fantastic to see her confidence grow and skills develop under the careful guidance of highly competent staff. We can’t sing the praises of the team highly enough. One has to acknowledge how quickly this expert team has adapted to the current guidelines without losing anything in regards to the quality of care they provide the children. Special thanks to all the bonus features we are getting at the moment – with the staff recording videos of stories and songs for the children that they can enjoy at home. “I sent both my children to Funshine and couldn’t recommend the nursery enough. The staff are incredibly kind and nurturing to the children and the progress updates on Tapestry are brilliant, enabling parents to see first hand the activities the children are involved in. My toddler is currently thriving and enjoying daily activities (which I wouldn’t dare set up at home), whilst my eldest left Funshine able to read and write, giving her a brilliant head start for school.”
“My son is a lockdown baby, so I was nervous to send him to nursery, he hadn’t been away from me his whole life. Funshine made his transition great with minimal tears, 5 months in, my son is thriving, he loves it and every day says “nursery” and is so excited to go. I credit that to the wonderful staff in the baby room my son has grown to love, our second family.”
“My little boy is 4 and has been attending Funshine since he was 6 months. This nursery is so family friendly and my boy has thrived and flourished here. There is very little staff turnover which indicates how happy the staff are and this shines through in the environment they have created for the children. This also enables my boy form really close bonds with their key workers. This past 18 months has been personally really challenging for me and I am so grateful for how the nursery staff have responded with their continual support for me as a parent and most importantly for my boy. Whilst I am excited about my boy starting school in September I will be so sad that he will be leaving what I consider to be our ‘extended family’. Thank you Funshine for all you do – your constant professionalism, care and dedication to the children is not taken for granted and I say this on behalf of many other parents I speak with too.”
